Takes place on secure online platform. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and can be weekly or bi-weekly. Length of treatment is dependent on the individuals desired goals. The cost per session is $160 private pay or via an insurance provider. Insurance providers I am partnered with are Aetna and Cigna.
Group therapy will vary depending on topic, population, and number of participants. Topics will consists of skill building for kids, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and women's groups. Duration of group can range from 6 to 8 sessions with a duration of 1.5 - 2 hours. The fee per group session is $60. Insurance not authorized for this service.
