Hello/Hola! I'm Alejandra, a Hispanic Bi-Lingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (144921) in the state of California. I also practice as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (11025). As a provider it is so important for me to meet my clients where they are and create a safe space to unwind. Wherever your life journey is taking you at the moment I am here to provide support.
Some of the challenges I can provide support with consists of Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Women's Issues, Trauma, Life transitions, Personal Growth, Inner Child Work, and Family Conflict.
My overall experience in the field culminates over 6 years serving children, teens, adults, and families. I have had the great fortune to work in various settings such as Residential Facilities, Community Mental Health, Non-Profit, and Private Practice. My therapeutic approach is known to be warm, collaborative, and direct. Being a mental health professional is something I hold near and dear to my heart as a Hispanic women I have witnessed the challenges so many of our communities face. Taking the time to support our mental health is no small feat and I am happy to walk along side you on your path to healing.
